PENGUIN COMPUTING, INC. SWEEPSTAKE GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

COMPETITION
Penguin Computing, Inc. (Penguin Computing) will have a booth at the Supercomputing 2018 Conference between Monday, November 12 and Thursday, November 15. During the event, guests will have an opportunity to participate in a knowledge hunt competition. The competition will involve use of crossword puzzle-based knowledge hunts to help guests learn more about Penguin Computing products and services and enter draws to win prizes. Participation in the knowledge hunt competition and how the competition is conducted will be as per the Terms and Conditions (TS&Cs) in this document which every guest participating in the crossword puzzle knowledge hunt competition should consider as binding.

VENUE, DATE, AND TIME
The sweepstake competition will be held during the Supercomputing Conference. The tradeshow is scheduled for Monday, November 12 to Thursday, November 15 at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, 650 S Griffin St, Dallas, TX 75202. It will be held at Penguin Computing Inc. booth #1608 at 2PM CST.

PRIZES TO BE WON
The winner under every category will be awarded a 3D printer, the first runner up will be awarded an Anki Cozmo Robot, and the second runner up will be awarded a full Raspberry Pi kit. Penguin Computing reserves the right to substitute, reduce, or increase the value of the prize awarded if the above stated prizes are unavailable for any reason.

HOW TO ENTER
Guest can participate in the knowledge hunt sweepstake by attending the tradeshow and registering at Penguin Computing Inc. booth #1608. Entry will be on the basis of a person per category. Every aspiring contestant must fill a knowledge hunt crossword puzzle with the correct answers and submit to Penguin Computing Inc. booth #1608 before 2pm CST.
Submissions will be made for the following categories of knowledge hunts; Tundra/Custom Designed Solutions, FrostByte, AI, and POD/other software solutions. A random draw will be conducted by Penguin Computing Staff from each category of knowledge hunt to determine the winners of the competition.
Penguin Computing will not take responsibility for any problems arising from the sweepstake entries including lost entry data, late entries, misdirected entries, illegibility for entries or mistakes made by Penguin Computing staff.

ENTRY IS FREE OF CHARGE
Participation will be free of charge. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw, win, or improve a participant’s chances of winning a prize.

ELIGIBLE ENTRIES
Unless otherwise stated, eligible participants must be legal residents of the U.S or those with a right to enter the country for work or tourist purposes who have attained the age of 18 years.

INELIGIBLE ENTRIES
Penguin Computing employees, partners, and their respective relatives are excluded from participation in the crossword knowledge hunt sweepstake draw. Any booth visitor under 18 years will also not be allowed to participate in competition.

CLAIMING OF PRIZES
Prize winners will be announced in person at Penguin Computing booth #1608 on November 15th. The contestants must be present to claim the prizes. Penguin Computing reserves the right to deny a contestant a prize award if the contestant cannot provide satisfactory identification as per Penguin Computing discretion. Unless otherwise stated, failure to pick up the prize on announcement for any reason will result in forfeiture of the award.

During the stated date, Facebook users will have an opportunity to participate in the Facebook Q&A contest thru the Penguin Computing Facebook page. The contest will involve the use of an image of a promotional product made by Penguin Computing and its partner. With the image posted on social media together with a question, Facebook users may join in by simply commenting their answers to the question posted. Participation in the Facebook contest and how the contest is conducted will be as per the Terms and Conditions (TS&Cs) in this document which every participant should consider as binding.

The Q&A contest will be run on the Penguin Computing Facebook page during the Supercomputing Conference. It will run from Wednesday, November 13 at 12pm (CST) until Thursday, November 15 at 6pm (CST).

CHOOSING OF CONTEST WINNER
The Penguin Computing team will review the comments on November 15 at 6pm and will get in touch with the winner via direct message to coordinate when and where the prize will be given / delivered. Only the answers (in text format) that are not defamatory, harassing, libelous, or hostile will be considered. Penguin Computing reserves the right to block and delete all negative, harassing comments.
