Designated Product Warranty and Support
Warranty Period
Penguin Computing warrants designated products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years. Warranty details are outlined in the Sales and Service Terms and Conditions.
Standard Support Package
Our standard support package is free with all Penguin Computing systems. The standard package entitles you to phone or e-mail support over a 3 year period, during normal business hours, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.
Supplemental Service Options
4 Hour Response Time
Customers in limited geographic areas may upgrade to guaranteed phone or email response within four hours.
24/7 Phone Support
You may choose to supplement our standard support offerings by purchasing 24/7 phone support. The 24/7 package entitles you to 6 support incidents within a 1-year period.
On-site Service
The on-site service package is Penguin Computing's complete support solution. It provides next business day parts and services to your location. On-site service can be purchased for one to three year periods, during which time you will have access to 6 contact inquiries. Our on-site technicians will replace defective hardware and return your system to excellent working order.
