Penguin's new Niveus 4200 is the new top model in our Niveus line of workstations based on Intel platform. Niveus 4200 packs all hot Intel innovations, including dual Xeon 5500 "Nehalem" CPUs, high-performance PCI Express generation 2.0 expansion slots and also optional Intel Solid State Drives (SSDs) for high performance storage.

Target applications for Niveus 4200 include visualization and GPU assisted computing. Niveus 4200 has expansion room for up to 4 double wide video cards or GPU coprocessor cards like NVIDIA Tesla or ATI FireStream. These can be used to add teraflops of parallel processing power to this Personal Supercomputer.

Tested and proven Linux compatibility comes standard with all Penguin systems and 3-year hardware warranty is always included.
