The POD technical team is there to help you get up and running on POD quickly and securely. Generally you will work with a POD engineer to establish your account. From there, if you are an experienced HPC user and are ready to get started, you can simply SSH into the POD system and start running your jobs or download and install PODTools, a set of utilities for working with POD.
If you require more assistance, Penguin's POD technical team is available (through our Customer Portal) to help with any issues that might come up and aide you with help on a variety of common HPC tasks.
